Student Services

The Student Services Division of Sampson Community College is committed to supporting the academic, personal, and professional growth of all students. The objective of Student Services is to assist students with various aspects of their education from pre-admission and enrollment through graduation and career or transfer planning. Student Services staff are dedicated to helping all students achieve their goals while developing self-direction and independence.

Student Services handles admissions, placement testing, new student orientation, residency, registration and records, financial aid, Veterans assistance, child care services, and coordination of student activities. Various offices within the Division are open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with the exception of scheduled breaks and holidays. Hours of operation for the summer are posted in the division and may be found on the College’s website.
