Success Coaching

To support students’ journey from enrollment to graduation, SCC provides professional Success Coaches to help students meet their goals. Success Coaches are able to assist with connecting students to campus resources, provide supplemental academic advising and coaching, job placement or transfer admissions. Students are encouraged to meet with their Success Coach prior to the start of their first semester to confirm they are in the right program and equipped to be successful. Throughout their journey at SCC, students will continue to check-in with their Success Coach to make sure they are staying on track to graduation. Success Coaches will also provide academic intervention to students who are academically at-risk.
